Food that changes with the seasons, we work as closely as possible with producers in order to offer fresh dishes, cooked with passion and spontaneity.
We offer living wines, free wines, only produced with grapes, without adding any products, respecting the soil, the environment and people.
All our products are local, we work exclusively in short circuits. We select the producers with whom we collaborate based on their ethics and the quality of their products
